Get to Know Me

I have three passions that drive me in both my personal and professional life: People, Sports, and Storytelling.

I come from a family of sports fans, and football has always been the favorite. At a young age, I chose to become a fan of the Philadelphia Eagles, and it was frankly one of the best decisions of my life. Their success over the past ten years has produced some of my most cherished memories and friendships.

As I grew older and began to understand the game of football, I fell in love with it. In my opinion, the sport of football is the epitome of a team game, and it is beautiful to watch it unfold.

Beyond football, I believe that sports as a whole offers a phenomenal opportunity to connect with people on a large scale. Every game, season, and player has a unique story to tell, which can be told and interpreted in a variety of different ways. The way narratives are shaped and how they affect people’s view on sports and athletes is truly fascinating to me.

Sports also presents a unique opportunity to reach people with the gospel, which is my true purpose in life. When athletes talk, sports fans everywhere listen. I want to develop a platform where I can highlight athletes’ faith, not just their performances on the field or court.

I have had the opportunity of working as a DJ for Resound Radio, which has piqued my interest in the medium of radio as a career. I have learned so much about how to engage an audience from my time at Resound. This along with other experiences I have had has further deepened my desire to enter the realm of sports media, whatever specific route it takes me.

Whether it be through podcasting, commentating, radio broadcasting, or content creation, each of these mediums provides a different opportunity to connect with an audience in creative and meaningful ways.

Above all else, my goal is to glorify God and to point people to Christ in any way that I can.
